AI Automation Specialist
About This Role
Design and deliver AI-powered automations that reduce manual effort across ISA’s platform and customer operations. You’ll build workflow automations for audits, discrepancy resolution, change governance, reporting, and service workflows by combining LLM-assisted experiences with APIs, webhooks, and enterprise system integrations.
Responsibilities
- ›Identify high-value automation opportunities across audit, inventory, change, and reporting workflows.
- ›Design and implement AI-assisted workflows using APIs, webhooks, orchestration tools, and internal platform capabilities.
- ›Create and maintain reusable automation templates, prompts, guardrails, and documentation.
- ›Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Solutions teams to deploy secure, measurable automation outcomes.
- ›Track workflow performance, adoption, and quality signals; iterate based on user feedback and operational metrics.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years building workflow automations, internal tools, or AI-enabled business processes.
- ✓Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, scripting, and automation platforms.
- ✓Working knowledge of LLM-assisted workflows, prompt design, and practical guardrails for enterprise use.
- ✓Strong process-mapping and stakeholder communication skills across technical and operational teams.
- ✓Comfort translating ambiguous manual workflows into repeatable automated systems.
- ✓Nice to have: familiarity with DCIM, ITSM, CMDB, or audit/compliance-driven operations.
