Business Intelligence Developer
About This Role
Help ISA and our enterprise customers turn data center signals into decisions. You’ll build and maintain BI models and dashboards for inventory accuracy, capacity, and sustainability metrics (PUE/WUE, CO₂e) using data from OSPI®, DCIM telemetry, and CMDB integrations.
Responsibilities
- ›Design, implement, and maintain dashboards for capacity, accuracy, and sustainability KPIs.
- ›Develop ETL/ELT jobs to reconcile CMDB, OSPI® field data, and telemetry sources.
- ›Model dimensional schemas and define trusted KPIs with Product & Customer Success.
- ›Harden data quality with tests, lineage, and validation rules.
- ›Package reproducible analytic assets and documentation for stakeholders.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years building BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) and data models.
- ✓Strong SQL and ETL skills; familiarity with dimensional modeling (star/snowflake).
- ✓Scripting for data prep (Python or R) and workflow automation.
- ✓Comfort working with cloud warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift) a plus.
- ✓Ability to translate business goals into measurable metrics and visuals.
- ✓Nice to have: familiarity with DCIM/asset management or facilities telemetry.
