ERP Consultant
About This Role
Partner with customers to connect ERP workflows with ISA’s DCIM platform. You’ll map finance, procurement, and asset processes, configure integrations, and guide change management for accurate cost-to-serve and lifecycle reporting.
Responsibilities
- ›Lead discovery and requirements for ERP ↔ DCIM integrations.
- ›Configure, test, and document workflows for asset, finance, and inventory tracking.
- ›Coordinate data migration, master data governance, and control design.
- ›Train end users and produce enablement materials and SOPs.
- ›Advise on reporting, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- ✓4+ years with major ERP suites (Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
- ✓Experience integrating via REST/GraphQL, iPaaS, or ETL tools.
- ✓Strong process mapping across finance/procurement/inventory domains.
- ✓Excellent stakeholder facilitation and documentation skills.
- ✓Nice to have: exposure to DCIM/ITSM/CMDB and asset lifecycle best practices.
