Solutions Architect
About This Role
Own discovery and solution design for ISA prospects and key accounts. You’ll craft reference architectures spanning DCIM, BMS/EPMS, networking, and ITSM/CMDB, lead POCs, and articulate measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- ›Lead discovery, solution design, and POCs; quantify outcomes and ROI.
- ›Create reference architectures, migration plans, and SOWs.
- ›Enable partners and field teams with reusable playbooks and demos.
- ›Guide integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, identity/SSO, RBAC).
- ›Represent ISA in customer workshops and industry forums.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in enterprise/solution architecture or pre-sales engineering.
- ✓Knowledge of DCIM, BMS/EPMS, networking, and ITSM/CMDB domains.
- ✓API-first design with security fundamentals (SSO/SAML/OIDC, RBAC).
- ✓Executive-level communication and solution storytelling.
- ✓Nice to have: experience with sustainability metrics and reporting.
